about

This is a subjective report from sound_workshops of Slavek Kwi with children on autistic spectrum and children with learning disability in La Chanterelle School (Brussels) within MUS-E project of International Yehudi Menuhin Foundation originally conceived as radiophonic piece. The composition contains recordings from period November 1999 until June 2000 from workshops and other situations within school, fragments of voices from evaluations with teachers, from conferences in Athens (Greece) and Altea (Spain) etc.

The purpose is not to document, but rather contemplate.

Artificial Memory Trace Clare, Ireland

Artificial Memory Trace is Slavek Kwi, a sound_artist loving sounds and interested in the phenomena of perception as the fundamental determinant of relations with reality. He is fascinated by possibilities of extrasensory communication as potential for raising mutual sensitivity (see uni.Sol_ and alfa00 projects)

Slavek is grateful for your generous support, it helps him to pursue his research.
